The scene begins with Officer Stella bringing in her rebellious prisoner, Miss May, who is handcuffed for mugshots. Pretending not to understand English, Miss May tries to resist, but Stella quickly puts her in her place with a dose of “pepper spray.” From there, things only get worse for the prisoner—shackled, cuffed, and humiliated while Stella reports to her boss and even takes selfies with her catch. Miss May shows her anger, flashing her middle finger, but Stella makes her parade in circles, rattling her cuffs and feeling the weight of captivity. In the end, Stella proudly marches her off, savoring her victory, while Miss May gives one last frustrated wave to the camera.
